Vicki is exceptional at setting things up including providing recommendations for other services you need. Rod is a consummate professional - on time, excellent communication skills, thorough and knowledgeable. Rod calls you to walk you through his findings and follows up with an indepth report with the support to call at any time to discuss. Highly recommended.

He does a thorough inspection, then gives a detailed report afterwards via phone, and also then sent an email containing detailed written observations and photos. Great professional business!
