Absolutely incredible product, people and service. Enquired about getting a new rangehood this morning to replace an existing Leemac rangehood that was over 23 years old and still working! Had the new one delivered in the afternoon. Super fast even though Xmas is almost here. Brilliant.

Bought a fixed range hood from Leemac last December. Though i had to wait for more than a month due to logistic delays, its worth the wait. Laclan was very professional and the unit was ready for the pick up on the appointed day. Lachlan explained the unit working in his shop and i got it installed through leemac recommended installers (Matt). I am happy that i waited for the right product. Love the product as it works like a charm and has exceeded my expectations. Thanks Lachlan.

Great experience with this company, in particular with Lachlan. I bought a rangehood and Lachlan talked me through my options which were limited because of a very tight space, and delivered the rangehood promptly. It works really well and fitted in with my chimney flue so thumbs up all round.

Great customer service !! I made enquiries about a 20+ year old Leemac rangehood that i was looking for new filters (including carbon filter) so i could use it until we get around to renovating the kitchen. I received a very quick reply to my email and within minutes Lachlan had sourced the right one to fit my old model. Yay - well done. When we renovate i will be purchasing my new rangehood from Leemac as its a quality product.

Purchased the LeeMac 800mm range-hood online. Ordered on the 10th, delivered on the 12th, so prompt. Unfortunately the unit sustained slight damage in transit. Immediate emailed reporting the damage and received a response within the hour. The damaged part was shipped on the next business day and arrived as promptly as the first. The range-hood was easily repaired, installed and is performing superbly. I highly recommend LeeMac if you’re looking for anything related to range-hoods. Good products, great service. Thank you.

Leemac Appliances were extremely professional and helpful with my initial problem I had with my Rangehood. Given its age (20 plus years) I decided on a replacement. Within hours it was on its way and a tracking number provided. A great Italian product and a great Company to deal with. Highly Recommended.

Great customer service from Leemac Appliances. The hand rail came off our kitchen exhaust fan unit. After 15+ years the brackets had fatigued and broken. A phone call had new brackets on the way for only the cost of the courier. Turns out the hand rail design had changed and the new brackets didn't fit the old hand rail. Again, a phone call had it sorted with a new hand rail despatched. While I had to pay for the new hand rail, and fair enough, the earlier courier fee was refunded. Really appreciate the prompt service, especially given how old our unit was.
