Professor Lynn Corcoran Early Learning Centre: FROEBEL Parkville

We have been at Froebel Parkville for 3 years now & consider the community & staff our family. Staff are kind, loving, creative & cleaver with our kids. They have thrived at Froebel & developed into curious, respectful & independent little people.

Our son attended Froebel Parkville for 2 years and he's developed into a confident and curious child. The kindy teachers are fantastic at encouraging his interests and has ample love and patience for the kids. We had many great experiences including the very special morning chats with his favourite chef.

I cannot recommend Froebel enough! It is an exceptionally well-managed early learning centre, ran by a wonderful team who provides great service and is highly passionate and professional. The facility itself is beautiful with huge indoor and outdoor learning space and many activities available. All the educators are very kind, caring and willing to work together with the family. They always go above and beyond to provide a safe and fun environment to help kids thrive and enjoy their time there. We felt very comfortable leaving our daughter there knowing that she is in good hands. Froebel has definitely set a bar so high that it is so hard for us to find somewhere that’s of equal standard. We are glad that we chose Froebel for our daughter and will recommend it to anyone who needs child care/kindergarten service in Parkville area.

I highly recommend Froebel. All the educators and the management team are very kind, passionate about their job and highly professional. They really make their best to help kids thrive and enjoy the time at the centre. Plus they understand each kid is different and try accomodate to each style. I enrolled my daughter at the young age of 6 months at Froebel Parkville. My experience so far has been really wonderful. The facility is a state of the art one, with lovely wooden furniture, an amazing outdoor and indoor area on every floor, and a separate room to sleep with cots for the infants, floor mattresses for the toddlers and fresh sheets. The place is always super clean and hygienic.But far more importantly, the director and educators are fantastic.The place is run really well. Great communication by the leaders, excellent processes in place (infection, attendance, allergies, breast milk storage, nappy rash prevention), and everything seems to run seamlessly.The educators are from a variety of cultural backgrounds and are warm and caring. The diversity is so refreshing. They supported me by letting me breastfeed my daughter at the facility at drop off and pick up. They were very careful and considerate with milk storage and dispensing. They were open to suggestions to help with an easy transition. I felt instantly reassured that my daughter was in good hands. Their first priority was always to keep her happy. And they put up with multiple enquiring phone calls by me to check on her in the first few days.

We have had an incredibly positive experience at Froebel Parkville with our 2.5 year old son (A). We had A enrolled at another daycare and were not impressed with how they managed his incredibly energetic, boisterous and intelligent personality. From day 1 at Froebel A has thrived, he loves his educators and all the staff, and looks like he’s having a ball in every photo we see. The excursions and the German immersion are lovely bonuses, but the staff are really what make Froebel such a positive experience for our family. Communication and management are thorough, professional and so organized. We love Froebel, can highly recommend.

It was a great pleasure to work as teacher at the Professor Lynn Corcoran - Froebel and to have my child attending for the last months of my stay in Melbourne.I cannot reccomend highly enough the amazing team and Froebel's values to provide every child of excellent learning experiences and be able to express themselves and feel seen as active participants in their community. The team is dedicated and goes the extra mile to collaborate with families and the wider community to foster a strong sense of belonging.The focus on STEM, a bilingual immersive approach, nurtured relationships and play-based learning are just some of the wow factors that I loved when teaching at this innovative early learning centre.I miss dearly the days when I was part of the Froebel family!

Froebel Parkville has been a fun, progressive and engaging environment for our children over the last 5 years. Our children's key educators have always been diligent, attentive and very understanding of their needs. We have always felt the utmost confidence in the center's care for our children's physical safety and emotional wellbeing and growth. The curriculum is extraordinary with strong focus shared between physical activities, arts, cultural awareness and inclusivity, and STEM based learning. Our two children have absolutely loved their time here. And we as parents, have loved the care their educators, and the amazingly diligent Director, have imparted on our children every day.We could not recommend this center highly enough.Thank you.Paul and Jess

Great management and program, exceptional staff. We have been going there for over 4 years, educators are professional, loving, caring, even enthusiastic about what makes each child unique. They always share these unique anecdotes about your little person and genuinely enjoy doing that. Totally recommend.

Our child has had such wonderful care at FROEBEL Parkville. She has grown so much during her time there and loves the space and her educators. We cannot recommend FROEBEL enough.
