Through the ups and downs of the process he communicated everything to us concisely and in a timely manner. Although, it took longer than expected, we received what we wanted. If we had another house to sell in Townsville would not hesitate to go through Clint again.

My wife and I would like to express our disappointment with Clint Wallis.We were trying to buy a house at Alice River,Townsville, but after many attempted phone calls, and even asking our friends in the area to go to the open house for us, he would not even talk to us regarding our interest.We are sure that the Vendors would not be happy to know that there was another buyer that was willing to put a bid in higher than the asking price,but never got an opportunity.We hope other Vendors see this, and think twice about letting this unprofessional person listing their property.Reply:Now we know why they didn't talk to us, because my wife mentioned subject to sale, he obviously doesn't like doing business with people who have to sell a property first.Im sure all the offers they received were cash buyers,NOT.....Little did they know we had organised bridging finance.GO TO YOU TO BUY, UNLIKELY
