Do not purchase unless you are willing to wait several months for your product to be fixed/replaced or damaged by their own staff member and now I have to suffer due to their lack of incompetence and responsibility. My dishwasher had a broken pipe that needed to be replaced, when it was returned it had scratches on the door of the dishwasher. They took the dishwasher in April and we are now in the end of July and I still haven’t received mine yet and they say they will call back to give me an update but they never call you, you have to call them. Terrible service!! If they gave me money to buy another one, I could have had it replaced the next day. Terrible service!! Don’t get me started on their customer service team..what a joke, one lady thought I was aggressive (please listen to our phone conversation if you record them) if she thought that was aggressive.. OMG she shouldn’t be working in that industry if she thought I was “aggressive”LOL what a joke and another lady who answered the phone like I was her ex boyfriend that cheated on her SMH (attitude, no customer service). Another lady called me to tell me that there were no scratches on my dishwasher (she must have not been wearing her glasses that night), but the gentleman who also works with her, took pictures of the scratches that he witnessed for his own proof. I’m sure y’all can do way better than this.
