Bad experience. They don’t allow for change of size although we bought over Christmas for our son in law in SG who could not fit in. What a disgrace over the exchange policy.

Very nice staff with a lot of knowledge of the products, especially shoes. Bought my first Gel-Kayanos from a staff recommendation and so far I'm very happy with them.
