I’m extremely satisfied with the phone repair service I received. The staff was knowledgeable and efficient, fixing my phone flawlessly. I highly recommend this shop for all your phone repair needs.

VERY disappointed. I had my phone in for repairs as the screen got damaged. $580 later, I got it home only to find that the back of my phone was smashed. When I took it back the lady said that she forgot to tell me and had ordered a new backing. Took it back a couple of days later to get the backing replaced and got it back home again to find that the back was not put on straight and was impacting the lock button. Also the screen protector had been changed and was too small for my phone. Took it back, she changed the screen protector and said that she would order another backing in to change it again. Not once did I get an apology always saying that it was the fault of the parts. Alittle honesty goes a long way, I do understand mistakes happen, but an apology would have been nice.
