Good Quality Floor Sanding & Polishing
Floors were great when the job was first done . Once a few days passed I noticed bubbling throughout . They came back and repaired the area of concern and instead of using satin finish they used high gloss. I rang them a day later to say that they made that mistake and there response was it will even out with the rest of the floors . A month has passed and it still looks like high gloss funny that .. very rushed job just to get there money . Won’t be using them or recommending them to anyone .Weren’t overlly helpful.

Good Quality Floor Sanding & Polishing
Abysmal service. We had a booking months in advance, only to have them text an hour or so after starting to say that they wanted to charge an extra $400 or more on top of what they had quoted due to staples in the floor. The staples were there during the initial visit when the quote was made, and calling to extort more money after the fact is not on. We realised a few hours later that they had packed up and left without notice, leaving half sanded rooms, all of the gates on the property wide open and our project now months behind. Absolutely terrible.

I was very happy with Boro and his team. They have done two full house floor polishing jobs for us now. The quote was provided straight away, the job was locked in very quickly and the communication was great. The finished result was fantastic! I'll definitely use them for the next job

Good Quality Floor Sanding & Polishing
Initial contact and quote was easy and quick and Boro jumped on the job. After receiving another quote which was 1/3 of his price, I simply questioned his price nicely over the phone as I was away. Than realising 15 minutes later, a text had come through saying that he had packed up and left the job without even checking with me first. This left me in a very bad position as he had stripped half my floors back to bare which no other decking/painting company does and they did not need it. Rude to deal with and makes his own rules with high prices. Avoid using this company…

Called these guys to organize a quote. Person (Boro) answered the phone with yeah"...{alarm bells ringing) Organized for them to come round and do a quote. (same suburb) Did not turn up or call to say why...Very poor service."

Scam do not use. Made me pay half deposit turned up and then said he did not quote for half the job.and wanted to charge more. QBCC and legal proceedings commenced scam artist do not use. .
