Service was good, i walked in wanting a Miele vacum unfortunately i was talked into a Hoover ,there is no comparison,Miele is a far better product miles ahead of a Hoover.

Do not go to Godfreys Busselton. Served by Kelly. Sold floor/demo stock vacuum cleaner at full price. Did not come in box, was clearly used. When tried at home for the first time only hours after purchase the chord was sucked up into the vacuum head and the chord was completely frayed exposing the wires. Called the store immediately advising this was a safety issue, was told it could be exchanged over the phone then when arrived at store stubbornly turned away without accepting request for repair/return/replace. Under our rights as consumers, products bought from businesses should be SAFE and DURABLE and do what products of their kind normally do. It was sold as unacceptable, used quality and when I queried how many times it was used as a demo I was lied to. As consumers we have a right to request repair/replacement/refund, all of which we did and we were turned away in the store being told it's out of my hands" and to go directly to manufacturer. We were also asked to get back to her after contacting the manufacturer about the chord product so she could decide if she wanted that product in store anymore or not. We made a complaint the following day to Godfreys helpline and they too explained that the storeperson should have offered us repair but were hesitant on letting us replace/return. We have since enquired with ACCC and lodged a complaint with Consumer Protection WA. This is such poor service particularly since we were in contact with them straight away to try and solve our issue. It was all too hard basket for this woman. Disappointing."

If I could of given no stars I would of. Customer service is non existent the older lady that served me today did not care I had been in twice to see if my part for my order had come in. Both times they couldn't even find the order it was the computers fault and the person that took the order.Then she grabbed a scrap bit of paper to write my order again down on and my phone number. Absolutely just interested in drinking coffee and having a joke with her work mate.I'll be going to somewhere much more professional for my vacuum needs. I was trying to shop local and with a smaller company what a joke.

Deserves ZERO stars! Absolutely disgusting customer service, very rude will definitely not recommend spending your money in the Busselton store.

I have just concluded a phone order for an ecovac. The lady who answered and took details was under the pump however her phone manner was a delight. Helpful and friendly. Nothing too much of a problem. Godfreys have a gem on their front line. Much appreciated by this customer.

I’ve bought vacuums over the years from Godfrey’s and the service always irks me. If there’s no one in the store then you get served immediately and the staff are ok.However if you walk in and they are all ready attending to another customer then you wait, wait and wait. No one acknowledged me, so after interrupting the staff member I said I just wanted a filter. “Sorry but I’ll be with you as soon as I can.” 30 minutes later I ordered the filter I needed , which was not in stock.Today I went back to pick it up. It was all paid for, so it just had to be handed to me. Again I had to interrupt and ask , I’ve just come to pick up a filter…..didn’t need any service. Again was told very curtly, I’ll be with you as soon as I can.Given that every time I’ve been to this store it’s always the same. So it’s not a one off. Staff need to be able to multi task, or at least acknowledge and explain to the customer that’s waiting. I owned my own retail store for 30 years and would never have allowed this.I won’t go back to this store again.
