Vystal Living

We rented through Vystal Living for a year. They were very professional and the communication was excellent. We personally found Kristen to be a very happy and helpful property manager and she is a credit to the company. We would be happy to rent through Vystal again if we needed to. We are also going to recommend them as managers to friends and family we know who have investment properties in their portfolios.

The worst experience ever. Security Alarm pad was locked and in the 12 months we were in the property, despite several requests to get it reset, it was never done. Maintenance requests were always dealt with in a tardy manner. Tried to force us into using rental payment options that were not approved by RTA. Bond refund took ages to process, and now that we have been moved out for over a month, we are still getting contacted by contractors (smoke alarm inspectors) regarding entry to the property, even though I have contacted Vystal to have them stop contacting us. As a tenant and a landlord, I would steer very clear of Vystal** In response to Vystal's reply :- 4 weeks to fix the alarm, while inconvenient, would have been appreciated. Fact is, it was never fixed and we were not able to use it the entire time we rented the property- When we signed our lease you only gave 2 options payment of rent, one of which was not on the RTA's approved list (you are supposed to provide 3 options for payment from the approved list)- Regarding the bond refund - the final inspection was not completed until AFTER the new tenant took occupancy, and we had rectified those issues before then.

Rented through Vistal for almost 1 year now and sad that our rental is changing hands to another realtor. We found the service outstanding, great communication, prompt maintenance, and just lovely to deal with. would definitely rent through them again
