Great place to shop good staff

Very good supermarket good range of stock. Lovely friendly staff. Remember don't forget your bags. The new look store really good range of breads also their instore bakery is so tempting .well it's redoing the deli. It's still operating on a smaller scale but all the favourites still there.

Huge store, great range and service!

I have been charged for things I didn't buy,like buy one thing charged for 2 buy things on special and charged the full price this happens nearly every time I shop there CHECK Your dockets it is the worst shop I have been to you go back show them there mistakes and they look at you like you are the problem just checked my docket from 2day they charged me for 2 cartons of eggs i only got 1 6 dollars each and they had a special sign on them for 4.50 they charged me 7.29 for beans when they had a special sign on them for 3.50 you got to write down the specials price and than check your docket they don't want to give you your docket you have to ask for it this keeps happening every time I go there no one checks there docket how many people is it happening to

Great staff, it appears an older customer base. Suggestion would be to install a seat similar to chemist up the road, for the elderly awaiting cabs and people waiting for the partners in shops.

Prices are ridiculous!! I used to live further down south near the city and could walk into my local IGA with $4 and come out with 3 bags of chips. You’re lucky to find 1 bag of chips under $4 here. Men’s deodorant is constantly up and down between $4, $6 & $8…also some of the staff are like zombies: my 70 year old mum sometimes comes back from IGA feeling down because certain staff at checkouts don’t even say a word or ever smile. I have the same experience too. My payment gets approved and then the person behind the checkout will just stare off into the distance behind me without offering a receipt or at least saying “that’s all good” or something. It’s so awkward, and yet I feel like I’m the rude one if I just grab my stuff and walk away. Most of the after school workers are the most happy & polite of them all

Prices are to high and the staff are not friendly at all and they even try to sell items that have expired. I know because I found two items of food that were marked down in price (not by much) still being sold and brought it to the attention of staff. Now I rather ride to Kingaroy and shop than put up with such activities. I only gave it one star for convenience.

Lovely staff but the price does not suit the size of the town, more like a corner store prices, which is sad because other towns with the same population often have proper supermarket prices.
