Excellent service from Maddy in the car seat fitting department today. Maddy was friendly, helpful, polite and promptly fitted our new car seat and then went above and beyond and identified a problem on our previously purchased car seat that was covered by warranty and had a new replacement seat sourced and fitted within 20mins. Thank you!

Great place for new parents stocking up on necessities, they have a great range with free fitting of car seats.If your grandparents stay away they will send you broke, Grandma wanted to buy everything.

This is my first baby so I was a little overwhelmed at all the things I needed to get organized ... and today I visited baby bunting Rutherford, I can honestly say I have never experienced such good service. The staff were incredibly nice and also really helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I also had my baby car seat fitted and that experience was also fantastic. The man who did it was so lovely and helpful. Thank you so much for making what was an overwhelming shopping trip totally comfortable and pleasant! If I’m ever up this way again I will 100% be back!

We placed an online order from Baby Bunting which had been processed through their system and collected by Couriers Please but not scanned when collected. 6 days later there is still no registration from the courier that they even have collected the parcel. With no way of tracking this order I spoke to Alex at Rutherford store who sorted an alternate option for us and made the whole experience with Baby Bunting so much better! We have had nothing but the highest level of customer service from Alex and Team and Rutherford store and are so grateful for the advice, guidance and assistance! The way that this was handled in store to rectify this issue was great and we are very thankful to Alex for her help! She truly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy customers. Thank you again!!!

Today was the perfect example of why Baby Bunting is a dreadful place to do business with. Especially this store. I rang this morning to confirm car seat installation would still be okay given wet weather and could my click and collect be at the front of store ready for the installer to do. I received confirmation of both. I arrived to be met with a surly worker who questioned my go ahead attitude saying the car, me, the seat etc will all get weather because there’s no cover from the rain. Warners Bay have canopies so it’s not my problem Rutherford doesn’t. Worker was huffy at seat having to be brought up from warehouse. Again not my problem I asked for it to be there being considerate of that previously. Installer said as she walked into the rain that she thinks due to seats being narrow the car seat might not fit and because it’s got wet it can’t be exchanged. Oh my goodness perhaps say that before you walk into the rain with it. Overall a dreadful experience. Wish I’d got my seat online and next time I’ll go to Altapa c which is cheaper anyway and the people much friendlier.
