It was a very bad experience. After leaving my car here for one day, I visited them before closing time to ask the owner when my car would be ready. He said it would be ready the next day at 3 PM, but I asked if it could be ready by 2 PM because I needed the car to pick up my child from school. He agreed to try his best.The next day, around 11:30 AM, I called to confirm if I could pick up the car at 2 PM. The owner said it would be almost done by 1 PM and that he would call me. However, I didn't receive any call until 1:40 PM. When I called back, a staff member answered the phone and told me that my car was just being repaired and would not be ready by 2 PM. I was very worried because I had no other way to pick up my child from school. I rushed to the shop to retrieve some things from my car and then planned to take an Uber to the school.When I arrived, I met the staff member who had answered the phone earlier. He said that I was rude for keeping calling to ask about my car's progress. I told him that I had only called twice, and that the owner had promised to call me at 1 PM but didn't. I also asked why my car had not been repaired by 2 PM as promised. He said that their shop had to repair more than 20 cars every day and each car would take 1-2 days or more. I explained that my car had already been at their shop for more than a day, and I didn't understand why I was being treated rudely. He said that I should talk to the owner.Because of time constraints, I left their shop without further discussion. However, I was very upset that the owner didn't keep his promise to repair my car by 2 PM, didn't call me as promised, and that their staff member was rude to me. Moreover, I was not informed of the repair cost until it was almost $1000 as a result, which was very expensive. I feel that shop did not respect me as a customer, and I am very disappointed.Although the owner has apologized, I am still angry about the situation. I do not recommend this shop to others and suggest that they improve their customer service and communication.

I want to thank this business they helped my son out by fixing a coil. other place’s had quoted work that didn’t need to be done.These guys narrowed it down to a single coil and fixed it the same day.Well done and much appreciated.Highly recommended.

Fast and no fuss car service. Tend to stick to standard service tasks, probably too busy to deal with unusual things.My rear window washer has no water coming out....their opinion was there was probably a hole or blockage in the hose....but did not resolve it. I had pretty much guessed that... I was hoping for resolution. No such luck unfortunately.

Always reliable and good value. Keeps my old Mitsubishi Lancer on the road. Great service and always friendly.

Close to my home & walked back after giving my Mazda for service+Pink Slip. All done promptly, as requested.

Went for a pink slip, got it checked, fixed and out by 45 mins. Very professional but also very reasonable and considerate at the same time. Make sure you have an appointment since they are quite popular and busy.

Have been doing by rego check here for last 2 years and the process has been smooth. Friendly and experienced staff.

I've read too many reviews that sounded suspiciously the same, 50 of them dropped in within the first year of opening. This ain't one of them.Greg won't thank me for saying this but my son's alfa (yes Greg accepted it) had two unrelated issues, alternator and fuel pump. He dealt with one, then the other during our time of discovery/diagnoses, without trying to stich us up for an open cheque book. Only issue we had was he's popular, and so there's a wait. Worth it though........

Definitely a SCAM!! Had our pink slip inspection done for $84 today which is double the price of what we usually paid. Yes, just for PINK SLIP! Changed the beam lights without even telling me while I’m just waiting in the workshop but only told me when I paid the bill. When I came home and checked, they didn’t even do anything to the beam at all. Not an honest business! Do not recommend anyone to go!
