My family and I were looking to buy a property in Brighton and Chad absolutely blew away our expectations. Chad and his team at Verstellar are absolutely amazing at what they do. What my wife and I enjoyed the most about the process. Was the fact that Chad never pressured us into purchasing and his negotiation skills are astounding. Chad Golic is highly professional! A very good work ethic when it comes to finding a house for you off market. This industry in itself (from experience) has some very greedy real estate agents looking to make a quick buck, than actually taking the time out to spend with their client to understand what they need. Your clients needs should come first always! What they want, how they want it, location of where they want it, when they want it. You put yourselves in their shoes when you do this job! I must say no one does it better than Verstellar!!!!
