Ordered 2 kids chicken nachos and 1 kids vegetable burrito as kids meals. Nachos we're dry and bland, cheese wasn't even melted. Burrito was served with plain rice and vegetables. Worst food I've ever ordered at a fast food venue. Absolute waste of money! Won't be back.

Staff are lovely, inspired me to go for a job at the new Guzman y Gomez in Robina. Food is so good and always hot. A quiet store but I prefer it to the loud rush hours at other drive thru's.

Shameless way of serving food. Got regular bowl and burrito.Bowl - Nothing compared to other GYGs and not even mentioning picture on Website.Burrito - Check the dimensions. Had to ask if I was given the regular. It is 2 bites.Money spent 25$ 12.5 each. No receipt given.

Tonight was the last time I was willing to give GYG a go and to no surprise I was left disappointed again. I ordered a mini cali burrito with ground beef & my partner ordered a regular cali burrito with chicken. My partners order was correct & hot but I was given chicken instead of ground beef and the burrito was stone cold (almost as if it was already made and just sitting there).If this was a rare or once off error I wouldn’t be as annoyed but EVERY single Gold Coast store is absolute rubbish. GYG used to be made with quality & care but now being franchised and understaffed the quality has gone down the drain. Extremely disappointing.The Griffith Southport GYG is dirty to the point of no seating available because every table is covered in people’s leftover food, the staff are beyond rude & cranky and to top it off you’ll still be waiting 10 or more minutes after your estimated pick up time just for your order to be incorrect.Don’t even bother ordering delivery from the Broadbeach store unless you have hours to wait for it… your order will be least prioritised and then your driver will be sitting there waiting for a minimum of 30 minutes.I’ve now started going to Taco Bell and have found the food is tastier, hotter & faster. GYG you need to start taking feedback seriously, you’ve become a joke.

Just ordered Uber eats from Guzman Gomez Bundal, ...it was disapointing. Order burrito, and combo meal which is large fried and coke, it arrived with just the barrito all coming to 27.00 for just a burrito. I'd give zero stars if possible...pathetic. How hard can it be to read an order and then check that all items are in the bag, they literally tape the receipt to the bag without the items in side....disapointing.

I was waiting for my order to take away and saw a staff member loading a disgusting amount of toppings onto their own food before leaving with it. I believe her name was Angie from other staff members talking to her. Sorry for the need to write a review on this but it was disgusting to watch as other staff members were laughing and joking about it in front of other customers not just myself. Otherwise my food was quite delicious thank you.

When you rock up to a Guzman, you know it's gonna be expensive. All that matters is the food and the service. The service here was friendly and serviceable and the food as the best Guzman I've had.

I've been easting there for close to two years and it's all because of the staff. Andrea is just superb and she leads a killer team of top cooks, awesome Baristas and really nice service staff at the counter and drive thru. Smiles and helpful staff even with my custom orders make this my home from home. It's the BEST Guzman on the east coast. Friendliest, cleanest, freshest, fastest service and best tasting. I nearly end up there every day it's just so fresh, tasty and welcoming.Thank you crew for making me feel like I am home every time I eat there. Lots of love from yer regulars who always want hash browns taken out : )

Despite not dining in, I had the feeling of being at home eating there. I loved the food here and it was an amazing experience. I highly recommend it to anybody. I recommend Guzman y Gomez to everyone looking to try something new and experience a mountain of flavor. I love the food here and it's an amazing experience to try different cuisines. I found the food to be truly amazing. I also found the service to be very good and I loved the way this place looks. I didn't dine in here, but despite that I think it would be great to eat here.
