No idea of customer service or a booking system. I walked in and asked if they had time for SNS. They said yes, sat me down to soak my nails and then totally ignored me for 45 minutes whilst they went about starting on the nails of new walk in clients. Totally unprofessional. If they don't have the time or capacity with staff to assist, no problem, just tell me at the time, and I would be happy to come back at a later stage. No regard or respect for their clients time.

Quick and great services. Got a shellac pedi today and it was done very well. The staff were very friendly (and not too chatty). Will be back for my regular touch ups.

Good range of colours when I've gone in for shellac.Pretty rough handing when prepping nails, but gets the job done.Good, steady hands for consistently clean lines.Unfortunately no booking system, so DEFINITELY call ahead before going in.At the last visit, a few final steps were skipped on my Mani/Pedi because they said yes" to so many people that they put themselves under pressure."

Popped into this salon based on Google reviews and I have to say I am pretty happy with the manicure & shellac. The lady did a pretty good job removing my cuticles and the result is nice.

The ladies here are so wonderful and and friendly they all do an amazing job, I drive all the way from Bayswater! Their attention to detail is so good. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they have a good range of colours. If you want a specific colour just tell them (bright white, nude colour, baby pink etc) and they'll know the perfect colour. They all work so hard and myself, my mum and sister are all so thankful for that. I recommend making a booking because they are always so busy!

Got my nail done this morning. I couldn’t wait to give this place 5*. The nail looks absolutely stunning. I should have taken the before picture of my hand lol. What’s a transformation ! Reasonable price too. Definitely come back here again.

Came in for simple refills with my daughter, and it started out fine. Filled down my existing acrylic, did the refill and left me to do a pedicure on another client. I waited for 40 minutes and she started anotherpedicure. I complained to the technician doing my daughter's nails and she stopped and came to finish mine. Then we had to wait for hers to be finished! Absolutely ridiculous... don't take clients in and let the existing ones wait half way through the service. My shellac also started to peel after one day. 2.5 hours for a treatment that takes 45 minutes in Brisbane.
