Me and my friends came to Grill’d for dinner. As far as a burger chain goes, Grill’d always delivers. I believe the prices of the burgers are warranted, but the chips seem slightly overpriced, especially for the small portion.I’d happily come back again. The only real issue was the fact they didn’t have any hand sanitizer available. I came straight from Timezone and felt grubby. Upon asking for hand sanitizer, they had a look around and said they had none. Considering the current climate with hysteria around diseases, I found this alarming. Apart from this, I was happy. This is an easy fault to rectify.

The share plate of chips zucchini and sweet potato is delicious, highly recommended, however it could be a larger serving considering its a shared dish.Overall, the burgers are a little disappointing because they are flavourless and really bland.Given that the burgers are placed on a large, long plate and the serving seems incomplete, perhaps some chips and a small salad would be a good side dish to serve with the burgers. Of course, a smaller plate would also work.

It's was okay, kids nuggets are dry my little one couldn't even enjoy it! What a shame. Busy at times. A few of the staff looks like they don't wanna be here. Burgers quality has down graded.

Order 10 sep Friday night through door dash, as you can see by the photos the food was overcooked basically burned, the fresh produced used was off and so was the sauce, it was also hard and clumpy and it had an awful green colour (it was meant to be herbed mayo) we took a couple of bites because we were starving and instantly just made us so sick it was disgusting, we want our full money back.

Thank you, Angus! Today I had a great meal with our kids that was delivered to our table promptly. More importantly, though, we managed to retrieve the dental plate my daughter left inside her mini-me box almost 2 hours later. Angus took the time to find the expensive dental plate for us and we are very appreciative of the time he spent going through the trash to find it. Customer service above and beyond! When asked how we could show our appreciation, he said simply by dining with us again. So Angus also rejected any personal recognition but deferred to the store's gain. Thanks again!

Grill’d is definitely one my favourite burger places, I’ve always had good food and service from here I can’t fault anything. I do recommend the summer sunset burger, the zucchini chips and sweet potato chips are to die for :)

Great food as you would expect from a Grill'd. Initial service was very friendly and food came quick. The waitress seemed like she didn't want to be there and was very transactional.Food was delicious, will be back for more!Second visit: More customers and the majority of tables were dirty with carbs and food left over from previous customers. Very disappointed and just pure laziness from the wait staff. Seems to be a pattern from the wait staff. Will not be back after my second visit. Very disappointed

Our family of 5 wandered in here close to closing but they still served us amazing meals without any pressure.They even gave the kiddos colouring packs while they prepped the meals, which I really appreciated as it occupied my little....darlings after a big shopping spree.The burgers were amazing and I like the herb sprinkle on the chips too.I wish they'd get on doordash

We have ordered 4 dofference burgers Almighty, Zen Hen, Waygu Wunder, Simon say.For the Waygu burger look so much simple, not much vegetable just mainly source over it. Even the staff could recognise it as mushroom burger. The beef was find ok and overall just ok and no surprise. Similar to the rest of burgers. Just hope to get a surprise here!
