Wish I read the reviews first, looks like everyone has had the same issue as we did. They sold us the wrong light globes then refused to refund our money. We took in the globe we needed to match, the bloke took it out the back and came back with new ones for us. We should have made him give us our globe back and opened the boxes in front of him to check it was the same but we assumed it was a simple task. They were so rude and unhelpful, it’s not like we changed our minds, you made a mistake and now we have to pay for it, and we are stuck with 6 globes that don’t match anything else in our house. I will never be returning or recommending.

My husband ordered 2 dish racks for an Omega dishwasher. Wanted payment straight away and said we would be contacted when they came in. After 2 weeks they told us manufacturer had moved premises and there was a delay. After TWO MONTHS (and more phone calls) my husband went in and was told that you can't get those parts anymore"! We did end up getting our money back but it's been an absolute nightmare dealing with this company. Should've told us in the first place we could've looked elsewhere."

Wouldn’t let me return an over priced gas switch if it didn’t fit stating that once out of the packet, it would be second hand. However it was already second hand as it was already out of the sealed plastic bag. Try eBay as I got three different ones for less than the price of his one, all within a couple of days…
