Customer service is great, had to bring the car back as spots were missed, but no dramas getting the car the spots missed cleaned again. I was pleased with the outside clean. Hopefully, I'll be able to give 4 stars next time. My only disappointment was the leather wasn't wiped with leather spray, so the seats looked dull and didn't have the new clean car smell. When you pay $90, that should be part of the deal. The old man who ran it before did a better job at ensuring quality. He took pride in every car.

My car had been at the mechanics for over 3 months and was covered in mould for some horrible reason, it was horrible. But these guys said no worry’s we can do it, it was such a massive Job ahead of them, but they done such a bloody amazing job and cleaned my whole car and looked like brand new again. I couldn’t thank them enough. They were easy to deal with, and very professional. Thank you Cleveland Green hand car wash.

Car still dirty and windows lashes can see from distance spent $90 for extra clean. Even Capalaba auto wash does the better job.Don’t waste your money and time.

Second rate job done - nothing terrible, just a very superficial clean. As soon as I went outside into the sun I could see the windshield had only been half cleaned. Splashes inside on upholstery where they had not wiped off properly. plenty of 'new car smell' squirted around to cover up their poor job - I will not be going there again. Sloppy workmanship.

Great just a couple of small spots inside and outside will visit again in a couple of weeks!

It’s very disappointing when give trust to Green wash staff to wash your car for first time and you find out lots of marks on all over the car ,The glasses and mirrors was really bad and foggy ... I didn’t release the problems left on the car till I saw the bad wash and no passion.. with very bad personality of the manager!!I spoke to the owner he seems doesn’t care and he sad take it back so they can fix up what ever Unclean spots so I take it there and the manager was saying to clean what ever left I need to charge you $350 dollars ??The owner wasn’t happy to fix the problem or refund me my money $75 dollars,No way go back No way recommend in my total life

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!*VEHICLE WRITE OFF*Recently we took our faultless, recently serviced vehicle to be detailed at Cleveland Green Hand Carwash. Upon collection of the vehicle, whilst driving home, it was noted that the previously faultless vehicle, was now displaying multiple electrical issues - engine light on the dash, aircon not working, rear demister turning on and off, seatbelt alarms incorrectly detecting.We contacted the Carwash, as when the vehicle was dropped off, none of these issues were occurring. Immediately we were met with a volatile, abrasive response from a male person, claiming a version of events which has since changed. The worker advised that the Carwash take ‘no responsibility.’We have delayed writing a review in the hope that the owner of the business may reach out and rectify what has been caused and show some integrity. Instead, we were asked to take the car back to him, out of our own work hours, fuel, time, only for him to again be aggressive in his presentation, referring to his ‘we take no responsibility for anything that happens to customers cars’ stance. One cannot opt out of liability.As a result of the car wash refusing any respectful engagement or responsibility, we were forced to engage with insurance. Through months of investigation, auto electricians and assessor’s reports, and as per our suspicions, our insurance deemed the damage to be WATER DAMAGE from the car wash power washing the engine bay & components during the detail. This caused such extensive damages to the electronics of the vehicle that the car was written off!!!!So unless you want to be without a car for months, down $320 (nil refund offered) and have your car written off - would not recommend Green Hand Car Wash!!

Handing out old price guides and saying they have a special but when you arrive they have a different more expensive price list.. carpets and seats were left soaking wet and my boot shelves not placed back in .. I had just bought this car and wanted a nice once over but instead found someone else's chicken nugget left in the back of a seat. The interior was barely wiped down, still marks I had to get off myself. A drive through car wash would have done a better job externally.

Have had my car cleaned here a few times previously. Usually very happy with the work.But today it was really disappointing!Both inside and outside were poorly done.Wheels not cleaned, nor the mud flaps.Vacuum done inside, but that’s about all.Interior needs a detail. It’s still dirty!Left the car from 10.30am till 4.30pm, so plenty of time. Maybe lack of usual supervision, as I did not deal with the usual friendly, helpful older man.Very disappointed with $55 clean.Do not think I will return.

I brought in my prized HSV Clubsport to these guys I am very hesitant who touches this car. The guys from Green car care are professional and do an amazing job great attention to detail. Always on time thanks again lads see you again soon
