Chase and his mate responded to our query on Oneflare quickly, gave a decent price and did the roof restoration on time. But that is where the positives end. We had several problems with this job:1. They accessed neighbors' premises without consent (jumping over the fence without asking, using their hose, etc.). They also left the neighbor premises very dirty, didn't cover up the potential affected areas properly. Our neighbors created a big issue with us that night and hadn't it been for our good reputation in the society it would have been impossible to console them from filing a report.2. While their contract mentioned that they will bring 12 additional tiles (costed in), they didn't. Even after asking them they just used up what we had, including what we had used in our back garden decoration, again without consent and ruining our decor. After following up with them for over 2 months they have chosen not to respect the contract and we're left high and dry.3. They damaged a storm water drain on the roof and it leaks badly now during rains. Again they promised to fix it but never did.They are completely unresponsive now and I wonder if their 10-year warranty on their job means anything if they don't respond to even simple queries and requests once they have earned their money!
