I would just like to take the time to leave a positive review. After purchasing my work boots , very comfy and great quality, i had a minor issue with the side zipper, i came back and saw the Lady there (Julie i think her name was), she was so helpful and really went out of her way to help me out. Was really glad she did because i loved these boots and did not want to have to get a different pair.Thanks again for your efforts.Highly recommended.

Customer service is non-existent. I couldn't get more than 2 words out of staff who seemed to be completely disinterested in working here; not even a greeting when entering. They wouldn't recommend any gear. I will be avoiding going here in the future and looking at other stores locally next time.
