Ordered from subway website: 2 x Chicken & Bacon Ranch Melt Salad and 1x Meatballs sub for my little boy.I added extra bacon “Smokey bacon”, extra dressing and I specifically checked I had pressed salt and pepper. Didn’t get my extra bacon, didn’t get salt nor pepper and I definitely didn’t get my extra dressing. I had to try and find dressing in my fridge that would suit the salad so it wasn’t dry and tasteless and add salt and pepper myself.It’s annoying as this isn’t the first time. And when you are craving something, the last thing you want is to be disappointed.My sons sub is dry as. My husbands salad was okey as he was too hungry to even care.Bacon full of fat and it was not “Smokey bacon”.

My partner is very allergic to onion and when asking for carrot in his sandwich, a bunch of onion was mixed with the carrot, to which he had to ask to be removed. Then when asking for sauce, an olive was stuck to the bottle and fell into his sandwich. Overall, all food containers had been contaminated with other food and was generally dirty and grubby.

Female working shift today needs to be retrained. My partner and I came in to grab lunch, after watching the female make the subs for the people in front, my partner lost hope and decided to head to the competition instead of having a sub made by the staff member. I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt, however, As an ex-employee of Subway, what was served up to me was an absolute dogs breakfast. When someone orders a standard sub with only 4 options from the salad section, it should be easy as pie to close. Not have to force it or have half of it hanging out looking like slop. Serious reeducation is needed. I feel sorry for the guy that had to work with her, it was clear he was struggling with the incompetence, and I do not blame him.

I have been to Sippy downs Subway a few times and they are normally great! However i went here today and i’m very disappointed. I was served by a young girl who had seemed new and unconfident and i feel bad as it seems as though she wasn’t trained effectively. i asked for the smoked ham wrap; i then had to tell her what to put on when i just wanted the premade wrap i then asked her to put double ham on twice and the veggies that were put on were very sparse. I asked for capsicum and she grabbed cucumber which i then had to say sorry the capsicum not cucumber and then paying i asked the guy at the till for two original chocolate chip cookies, she grabbed them and grabbed chocolate cookies. I feel as though i’ve just wasted money and would have had a better experience going to woolworths and make my own lunch and bake my own cookies. Management needs to be ensuring their staff are train and confident before throwing them on by themselves.

Very disappointed with both subs. Lettuce and tomato were old, tired and tasteless. Overcharged - ordered chicken and bacon ranch" and still got an additional charge ($1.50)for the bacon. Both subs were totally underwhelming - won't be back."
