Have been to this shop four times but never again.Previously on one occassion totally ignored as staff were too busy unpacking stock. twice product on line not available, but yesterdays visit was the worst. I picked up a ten dollar item and offered a ten dollar note, i was told we dont take cash, i said why and from when??? answered dunno. Walked out in disgust and bought a similar item in Coles kitchen department for 60% cheaper. If ever there was a business that deserves to go under its this one, lacking in nearly all areas. Avoid

I was looking to purchase a wedding present and wanted good quality .While i was looking I heard staff telling a customer they did not take Cash payments. I was going to Pay cash ! so I just walked out.. so they lost two customers in just 30 seconds

Customer service is not very great here. I love the shop but ill be going to a different one in the future

Customer service was terrible, No desire to help us with any of the products. Couldn't be bothered checking for items in stock and directed to buy online instead. Cashless payment meant we walked out with nothing and we'll be using a different company entirely.

Great shop, knowledgeable staff. It’s always nice to be greeted and asked if you need help when you are not to sure what is the best product. Will be back .
