Really beautiful range of products. I went in getting ideas for my bathroom and ended up leaving having purchased a toilet, bath and all my tapware. Staff, in particular Liz, were incredibly helpful and communication and follow up were fantastic. As a bonus, my builder was impressed with the quality of the products I bought. All round very happy and can recommend!

I purchased a king bedhead from this company and its was the incorrect size. Its was only 175cms when it was advertised as a size 180cms. I went to get an ensemble and a mattress and nothing measured up correctly. I cant do anything with the bedhead now and you wont let me return it or give me a refund. Thanks a lot Vavoom. I will be buying my furniture from a REAL company next time.

I found a stylish and affordable mirror online at VAVOOM which I purchased on after pay. It was delivered in excellent time but unfortunately it was not the particular coloured mirror I had purchased and there were minor scratches on the base. I contacted Marco who listened to what I had to say and refunded my purchase with no complaints. Whilst this mirror was not for me. Marco's service was excellent and I will definitely be shopping with VAVOOM again. Thanks and take care :)
