I am very disappointed by the service and couriers that this company has chosen.I waited almost a week beyond expected delivery (my order was supposed to be a Christmas present) and when the couriers decided to drop off the package, they left it in front on my property in plain sight, I was at work and no one was home, it was stolen later that same day.I specifically wanted the package to be left safely on the other side of the fence of my property so that it would not be stolen.I looked into these couriers and found that they have a very poor reputation, with almost all one star reviews and many of complaints, many customers had identical experiences to me, with packages left out in the open and stolen, delivered to the wrong address, or poor handling resulting in damage.On top of this, the couriers have no means of contact, such as phone number or email, which was also a main topic of complaint from all other customers.I have requested a replacement product to be sent to me please, it has already been almost double the expected shipping period, and I am very disappointed at the lack of care in the delivery of my order

Looking at the reviews and I feel like these guys cop way too much slack, so thought I'd chip in my two cents.Purchased a TV from Samsung with delivery. Only problem was that the 3 hour window given was during the day when no one would be home. Samsung online chat was no good, so I gave ANC a call.Person over the phone was incredibly helpful and let me change the address to my work address. Also asked me to call Samsung to confirm the new address with them.On the way, tracking via their website was very accurate - GPS with an ETA (e.g. Delivery in 18 mins). Delivery guy gave me a call when he arrived and I met him out front.Overall, had a great experience with ANC.

1 month and 5 failed delivery dates and endless changes to the delivery schedule. I might get my item one day if I'm lucky maybe. These clowns are running a scam.

I can see why all the other reviews on here are giving one star, I wish I could give less! It took them 14 days to delivery my order from Pottery Barn which they charged a $180 delivery fee for, because it was supposed to include assembly and removal of packaging. I got a text at 8pm last night to say they'd show up between 8am-11am today, which is during my work hours, so I called immediately to try and arrange a later time but received an automated message you've called outside business hours". I had to arrange for someone else to be here to collect the delivery and when I got home there was a huge box just dumped in my kitchen. They didn't bother to do the assembly or remove the packaging (which there is loads off

I have on camera the delivery guy throwing my new aquarium at my front door and smashing the entire thing. I have contacted fair trade and the appropriate ombudsman…. I suggest you all do the same instead of trying to contact the none existent customer service.

ANU delivered on time, the only delay was ANU receiving the item. Call to find out what was going on, spoke to nice representatives who quickly updated me on the status. Only complaint is to increase the time before live tracking turns on as under 10 minutes is a little too soon.

Worst service ever. A 15 min notice was given instead of an hour as promised. When I arrived on the dot the guys left. When I called them they said they have to move on even though they are only 2 min away. When I said I need to make a complaint they said their boss will call me I back. Rude and Outrageous!

I seriously wish I could leave 0 stars. Shocking service. All numbers on website lead to an offshore call centre in Phillipines who said they cannot contact anyone in Melbourne except though “message”. Called to rebook delivery as I wasn’t going to be home, next thing the driver shows up. Call to rebook again. It’s now delivery day which I have taken off work and it comes up with failed delivery. Call center just pushes me onto samsung and claim they don’t have the item. Well you did at some point because you tried to deliver it? Website has all these hype reviews about how good they are but there isn’t an actual option to leave a review on the website so how does that work? Do not trust
