This has to be the worst KFC in NSW. The attitude from the management is discussing. I order a 3 piece dinner box from inside the store. I was given 2 wings and a leg as my chicken. This has happened to me on multiple occasions from this store. I checked my order before leaving the store. When I saw what happened to me, I asked to see the manager. The manager said that is 3 pieces of chicken and refuses to do anything. I left the store furious without my food. My son told me to go and get a refund. The refund was basically thrown at me. I rang the store the next day to say what happened to me. I never heard from the store again. I am putting it down to age discrimination as the saw I was a elderly man on all occasions I am only give small pieces of chicken and told I have to put up with it.

I know it is fast food, but there is an expectation of consistency with fast food that KFC Kurri seems unable to meet.The staff are always friendly & seem happy, which is great. The issue is that you can never predict if your food will be good or not. My last order was absolutely not (feathers still on the chicken under the breading & there was no potato & gravy packed) & it is disappointing when you only do take away once a week.

Shop was closed for renos. Drive thru open had 6 cars ahead of me, it took 40 mins from start to finish. Ridiculous wait times. Food was average at best.

Home late from work I decided to treat myself to some kfc for dinner.Ordered a large original burger combo. The food" and i use that term loosely - was certainly not what i thought i would get. The burger had small what looked like a pattie that was supposed to be chicken as well as a piece of cheese and fatty bacon - not what i had ordered at all. After removing the bacon and cheese i took a bite it was lukewarm and it tasted about as good as looked

Store has been revamped but the food is still terrible. Poor service. Chips are always soggy. Go across to Aldi buy fried chicken pieces and put in air fryer at home. Can u spot what's missing on this zinger burger.

This is a good local KFC, the foods always fresh and staff friendly. Drive thru is also fairly quick compared to others.
