A really enjoyable Ferry crossing. Great views of Sorrento, dolphins and easy boarding. It's not often a ferry journey is more than just a mode of transport. We bought a reservation for a 5pm sailing but managed to jump on the 4pm sailing as it wasn't busy so only got to the check-in booth 20mins prior and was all good. With our ticket we pre-ordered a coffee and muffin each but they had run out onboard of muffins which was the only detractor. They should be able to maintain a supply if it's a product they are promoting as part of a pre-purchase offer.

We arrived at check in at 1145am and was pleasantly surprised to be able to take the 12pm ferry. Kudos to the crew of the ship! Facilities were great and we enjoyed ourselves for the short journey on board.

Awesome drive on drove off. Nice reasonable prices . They had a great Cafe also a bar. Lots of seating choices . We went in September school holidays no bookings needed leaving every hour from Sorrento to Queenscliff nice little trip

Reservation and ticketing process - Very easy process. They were available and promptly assisted with our enquiries, even helped us to reschedule our booking very quickly. Very professional and friendly service staff.Boarding guidance and assistance - Excellent, they provided very easy follow guide and assisted through out the process.On board services, seating, food and drinks - Excellent service and quality. All areas are very clean.Disembarking process - Excellent, nice and easy process.

Such a change to take the ferry rather then the long way through the traffic. Made the holiday just that bit nicer and relaxing. Great price too. Loading was easy. The trip across was great - we got a calm day with not much wind. Our coffee and cake option was nice to have onboard as well. I also got to take plenty of photos. Had fun.

Well organised vehicle boarding. Just turn up and first come first served. Well maintained ferry. Inside and outside seating, small cafe/shop with food items quite reasonably priced. Bar at the front, but being used for a private function on our trip.a pleasant trip. Outside areas on the top deck and smaller area at the front. Pay binoculars at the front
