I bought the modern motion bed and supportex mattress. They are so comfortable. I love the zero gravity mode, and I use it every day after work, it helps me relax. And it helps my partner reduce snoring when I lift the head of the mattress up, at least the snoring noise is quieter. Very happy purchasing experience. The delivery person also do the installation and take away the rubbish. Thanks to Noreen, very helpful!

Not just about the quality of mattress , apparently we're really hard to feel the difference to every single of them , it 's the customer service , the sale lady is called Noreen , she is absolutely patient to introduce to us and let us to try different variety of mattress with detailed explanation. i was so surprised and feel so grateful to have such friendly and enthusiastic sales for us . highly appreciate and feel sorry to keep asking you a lot of questions . from the couple on that day , cheers.

We had an amazing experience at OMF Bundall recently. We were after a firm queen mattress so we went to a few different shops and decided to buy from OMF because of Kaitlyn’s fantastic customer service. She walked us through all the information we needed to make the decision, was patient, kind and really went out of her way to make us happy. Mel’s customer service at OMF Bundall today was absolutely incredible. I would recommend her, and the quality of OMF’s products, to everyone who is looking to buy a mattress. I was seeking a specific mattress, so I called the Bundall store and she gave me all of the details as well as my options for price and delivery to make it a seamless experience for when I was ready to purchase. When I arrived in store, she showed me a few others to help me with my decision, and quoted affordable prices. I was also after very prompt delivery, and she was able to kindly organise delivery for the very next day. I ended up going for a different mattress than the one I initially came in for, and this was because she was very educated on the specs of each mattress, and communicated them in a way I could understand so I was able to choose the correct support for my body. I am so grateful and appreciative of Mel’s help today. She was so kind and helpful and has made the experience of shopping for a mattress so easy.
