We'd like to thank Danny from Jims Security Austral for his services installing CCTV cameras in our home.From initial quote, inspection and installation, Danny has been highly professional throughout. He was very patient with us whilst we quoted other places for a deal and even offered us a competitive price which sold us. He has very high knowledge in this industry and made our whole experience very seamless. Danny takes the time to ensure we understand the systems and are comfortable with everything before he leaves. We can see that Danny genuinely cares about his customers. We will definitely refer him to people who require the same service.

After installing a recommended cctv dahua, came out the nvr is too noisy. I bought a switch and wanted after sales support but the Jim's Security Baulkham Hills rep too busy diverting the conversation and focus on charges for visit which was not communicated before sale. Last time I heard from him is he is going to check out about refund but hinted about partial refund only, I needed to have all original boxes with me. Unfortunately only 1of3 cctv is working right now. The DMSs app is terrible, it keeps freezing out. Only try to give an Antenna install job for Jim's security business.

Just had a a Hixvision pro wireless alarm fitted in our shop Sugarwhipped Cakesby Jordan.Very pleased.I would highly recommend his services.Very honest,professional also knowledgeable in the products he installs.Quality workmanship.His communicationwas great through out the entire process.He offered a great quality package and pricing was very reasonable.No BS
