Usually I don't post reviews but I feel I need to share positive feedback to an outstanding company and Cassandra.Best Real estate company to deal with as a tenant. As a single female I was concerned obtaining a lease on my own and being taken advantaged of so was selective with the company i choose to rent through. I have been renting through Kaye Charles Real-estate for 18 months and its been a pleasure from the day I first viewed the property. Communication is great and any interaction with them has always been a pleasure.With Cassandra and the team being professional and courteous it allows me to feel like this rental property is my home which i treasure and am so thankful for. In return I ensure to respect and take care of this property for my landlords. So although I am a renter i would rate this real-estate very highly for both tenants and landlords alike.

Professional,͏ Competent and KindWhen we first met Amanda to discuss the sale of our house we were most impressed by her professionalism and intelligent approach towards the marketing and plan for selling our home in the current market conditions (Feb 23). It was sold in 6 days. She and her team are clearly very competent at what they do and at all times treat us with respect and patience which we believe extended to our potential buyers and buyer.
