BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! We purchased a Zigler and Brown BBQ from here and had an issue with one of the burners. We have been chasing BBQ galore for over 2 months now, calling them over and over again and being promised a call back however never do. Summer has now ended and our BBQ has been a waste of money! We will now be filing a complaint through fair trading.

First time visiting the store and i can honestly say, kyle and tammy are really great people. Friendly, informative, and very helpful with the sale. Although i couldn't enter due to covid, from the outside i could see that the store was very well organised and stocked. They had what i needed and assisted me with a smile. Would definitely shop here again.

This place is outstanding! I feel other retail staff should walk into this store for 5 minutes and get a lesson from the staff here, certainly a new 5 star standard for customer service. Staff were willing to help, the member that served me Carl, should be commended on his impressive customer service skills. He was attentive, honest and genuine, yet not pushy at all, first time me and my wife have felt staff actually care about the customer as opposed to only making a sale- I simply can not fault the service, absolutely 5 stars!Purchased a Ziggy 2 burner with accessories, very happy with the purchase and product quality.
