Mountain View Park

Nice area

The park is located in the middle of residential area. 4 different entrance along the park. Playground and shaded table and bench available. Short distance of trail for work is also available.The playground seems old.There is a cell tower, not so park friendly looking…

This is a small park, tucked away in the streets of Rochedale South. It is surrounded by homes and lots of trees. No cooking facilities were visible. No toilets as far as we could see either. There's a picnic table with a roof and a bench nearby. There is a set of swings for small children, with one swing having no safety restraints. A climbing platform with a tube slide, is good for very small children. There is a Play Pole ride which can take up to 4 children. There's no safety belts on the seats. Little spectators can be severely injured if they wander to close while the ride is being used. Adult supervision in this park, would be recommended. It's a nice place to just spend a couple of hours though and it has lovely views of the area. Including a spectacular sunset on the day we visited. Image: is the Play Pole.
