We are so happy with the excellent service and professionalism given to us by Mitch and his tradesman Stuart. The finished product looks amazing, neat and secured as you can see from the pictures. Mitch came to our house, explained the process and gave us a quote which we were happy to accept. Stuart was very friendly, professional and was always on time or earlier and would inform us when he is going to start and finish the job on that given day. We got installed Aluminium Mesh Gutter Protection for prevention of build up of leaves falling from the trees and debris causing issues with blocked and overflowing gutters.The customer service was fantastic from start to the end, price was reasonable and the end product honestly exceeded my expectations. The whole process from ringing up Shirley to get a quote to Stuart doing an excellent job was so professionally done that it has been a pleasant experience. I got the gutter guards installed around 3 years ago and was very happy with the overall experience and product. I just called the office for some maintenance and received amazing customer service. We used Utra Flow for our roof restoration and gutter/fascia replacement. The initial consultation was awesome, Mitch is the son and very knowledgeable for a young sales rep. We did ask him for an honest quote since we already got a couple of quotes from another major competition and local tiler. When we got the quote, we thought we were onto something! He gave us the spill, who they use as plumbers , tilers, and advised us that they are reliable and only work with the best ones. He said, once the work has been done, his dad (who has over 30 years of experience) will come and inspect the job and will give the clearance if he's happy with it. Again we really thought, wow, this is great service.We finally got ourselves in order and booked the job early in the year. The plumbers that came to do the gutters and facias, Jimmy and his brother were AWESOME! Yes! I think we hit jackpot with this two! Old school plumbers, worked hard, prompt and very friendly, they loved a coffee and a chat, but I was happy to indulge as they were really good workers. We were very happy with the job that they had done, clean and neat and have even come back to fix other things after they completed the job - no issues here, in fact, I would recommend this two!Then there's the roof restoration part"... we have been in this house for nearly 13 years!

Gutter Guards professionally installed!Excellent, Professional and Courteous Team at Ultraflow Home solutions!My first contact with this amazing team was with Mitch. He was humble, honest and very knowledgable about their product and services.I really liked the fact that this was a family run business, and the attention and service they provided was second to none!He was also on time, which for me was a big plus! Most other companies would tell you they will arrive between 2-5pm and just have you waiting around all day for them! Not these guys!Mitch did his due diligence, and within minutes presented an estimate for me which I was very please with. He promised that I would have it all done in a couple weeks time! So said so done!Before I knew it, I got the call saying they were ready to come and install the gutter guards on my 2 storey house!Stuart and his apprentice were on time, and in no time at all completed the job! It was great dealing with a family owned and operated business who know exactly what they are talking about and listen to your needs. We had a bird nesting problem at our property and their gutter guard was the only and effective solution to get rid of the pests. They have now been evicted and gone elsewhere.... finally !! Shirley was an absolute gem. She was so thorough and thoughtful even though my house wasn't suitable to install gutter guards due to the way its built. I wld highly recommend this business!

We just had our gutters guarded by UltraFlow Home Solutions. We couldn't be more please, from online booking, onsite quotation to installation. They are very professional on every aspect. Mitchell from the sales department was punctual, knowledgable and explained in detail how the mesh work. Stuart was fantastic with installation, he thoroughly cleaned our gutters before installing the guards and the workmanship was of very high standard.
