Unhappy with the service we were getting from the agents looking after our investment property, we moved to NOW Real Estate. At the same time our tenant issued a break lease notice as they had bought their first home. Within 2 business days Now Real Estate had not only contacted the tenant to arrange photos to be taken, uploaded them into the marketplace, arranged inspections and also found us a new tenant. In this time the communication was professional, of high standard and with state of the art on line communication tools for landlords to log on and see what's happening with their properties at a touch of our fingers. When I ring, they answer the phone with Hello Lisa. They know who is calling and that makes it feel personal. So if your not happy where you are, don't sit and dwell, pick up the phone and give the team a call. You won't regret it.
