Fresh Nails

Customer service is awful. I went there on saturday the next day my shellac started peeling off. I managed to stick it back using regular polish as glue but now (wednesday) another nail is going through the same. Such a waste of $35, when i get my nails done somewhere else they last 2 weeks at least before the shellac start to peel off. I told the lady i had my doubts about how many layers each hand had and she was rude, saying she knew what she was doing, however my doubts were because she was extremely distracted when she did my nails. Anyway, definitely not coming back.

I got a french gel polish manicure and removal of previous gel polish for $40. It first started peeling after ~2 weeks on one or two nails under more wear and tear and the rest peeled after ~3 weeks.

Nice people but the quality of the work is horrible. I did shellac there and it started to peel off after a couple of days, I was away and couldn't show them right away. When i asked them they said it's normal.Will never go back and would not recommend.

Great staff and great results. I always come back here for my pedicures and eyebrow tints. Love it.

I LOVE FRESH NAILS :)Hello !I am Preea and want to mention one thing. Why people want to take revenge by leaving the negative feedback for someone to ruin a business. If you don't like any service just do not visit that place again. I am living in Chatswood since last five years and have been coming to this nail salon for almost the same time. And trust me tried so many salons in Chatswood but no one provides the service it does. So convenient. The OWNER of this salon is so understanding and cooperative that I have never felt that warmth anywhere. She is in no relation to me but feels like as if she is a family now. I never had to wait for long for my waxing and nail things to be done. MOREOVER She gives 10 percent off if you pay in cash. She sometimes even did my work for some more extra time even after getting closed at 6 in the evening. Always instructed to her staff to provide the best service to the customer. Positivity attracts positivity. It depends on you as well that how much respectful you yourself are towards the service and the staff who is working so hard since morning and still smiling to make you feel satisfied. Be more kind in your words as a customer as well. Everyone is human.Take care :)

The lady who did my pedicure was great but the one that did my manicure put zero care into the service. She did the whole thing in 5 mins, both hands, filing and painting. Didn't wait for each coat to dry, just slapped on a new layer each time, and the nail polish was all over my skin. Sorry but i’m not going back.

NOT WORTH ANY STAR RATINGSI have never been to a more unprofessional and disorganised business. My 15 year old had SNS Tips and the nails starts away from the cuticle When we questioned it they didn't believe that they did her nails. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told she wasn't there and 1/2 hour later she turns up . They then hung up on me 3 times. They charged my daughter $55 dollars and no receipt given I have contacted centre management.

I’ve been here twice & the customer service is great. Services offered are great & staff are knowledgeable to help your needs. This nail shop doesn’t feel like a money grab. They listen, undertake and cater to your needs in the best way they can.

Came here yesterday for a pedicure and had the best pedicure I have ever had. The lady doing my pedicure was so gentle I could barely feel her and it made me feel really relaxed! Even the exfoliation scrub was so gentle!
