Hammond Park
The new play equipment is nice except for the choice to put tanbark around it which is super annoying. Lots of space to kick a ball or do other activities on the oval.

Nice large green area for dogs or sport. Children's play area appears fairly new. Best part of this park is the single tennis hard court with lighting at night. First come first serve so there can be a decent wait for the court sometimes.

It's a well maintained park, nothing much but good for a stroll. I has a tennis court and few rides for kids.

A Free tennis court. But unfortunately, you can’t book it. It may be available if you’re lucky enough

Nice park ...has a tennis court and play place but is always shut because of poor drainage from rain waters. heard that it will be getting a revamp soon ...lets hope its in 2023

I've lived next to Hammond Park for over 30 years and have seen it change over the years!Upgraded facilities such as toilets, kids play equipment, tennis courts and seating. Great park for exercise and personal training, soccer, cricket and tennis. Ample street parking and plenty of shade.

Visited 23/04/22 for soccer.Field was going fairly well with drainage after the recent rains that we've had. They now have a fully modernised children's park (not much for less mobile people though) which the kids love. The drawback to this field is the raise in the middle for the drop in cricket pitch. Playing uphill in the first half and down hill in the second half is a bit of a joke for modern fields.
