They are located beside the petrol pump. Entry is a bit confusing if you are coming from the other side of the Maccas. While ordering, there was an exchange of words between two employees. Not sure if they were having fun or if they were serious. Order a meal with coffee. Coffee cups had spilled. The coffee was alright but not great. The area was neat and tidy. Bit tight sitting around. Otherwise good.

I don’t usually make reviews but this disgusted me. Made an order through Ubereats and found two particles that looked like either ants or dust , in my drink. Will not be ordering from here again.

Went through the drive through and when it was time to pay, my internet stalled for payment. And I was grabbing my other phone to pay, when the male manager said can you drive around and come back to pay

A nice clean well laid out store. There's McCafe coffee, drive thru, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and a play area for the kids to burn off energy. Nice clean amenities too and ample parking.Very quick turn around between ordering and receiving food. Ready within minutes.

One of my favourite McDonald's is very clean, and the staff there are very friendly and professional. Never got anything missing from my order (Drive-through)the burger is built in a nice way unlike other places where you will find all components scattered in the box and you have to rebuild it and put it all back to gather.I am a very happy customer

Arrived at 9.30, said restaurant open till 10, order desserts by 9.36, they locked doors at 9.40 meaning people we meeting couldn’t get in. Waited 16 minutes for McFlurrys and Sundaes, we were the only people there for last 10 minutes, then ushered out the door to eat them in the dark. I now know why the teenagers I teach tell me it is the worst McDonald’s in Christchurch.

Maccas kids passing the food by drive through need to communicate" with the kids in the kitchen taking Orders. Kids need to take their time and read.the.order. Foods already cold when served. They may as well do the job."

The staff whos taking the order doesnt seem to like being there. Very unaccomodating and rude. For every order she'll ask immediately if is that all"? What's with the attitude really? I find this common among fastfood nowadays. These kids need some attitude training tbh."

Came in at about 9:30pm June 7th through the drive throughMy god I have never been given such a diabolical double quarter pounder.. buns were wet and soggy with oil, the meat wasn’t cooked properly and smelled like fish and the meat was skewed out of the burger like slop.And to top it all off I paid for 10 nuggets and got 9 which should be considered a war crime.Otherwise this place is usually very good for a McDonald’s.

Ordered a double filet o fish after work today at 7pm through drive through on 23rd of March and when I opened the box at home I was given a single filet o fish, unbelievable service. Will not be coming back here to order, however I will be coming back to get my refund as I am not from the area. Feel scammed of my money when I paid for a double filet o fish meal, the picture I have attached clearly only has one filet. Furthermore to add on, their 5 star reviews must be fake.Just made a call to speak to Natalie, seems to be an incompetent manager with a rude and aggressive attitude, as she would not issue me a refund without me bringing the burger back. I have already stated that I am not from the area earlier and multiple times. This is a mistake on their behalf. I will be making a complaint to their headquarters. This place should really be shut down if she cannot ensure her staff does not do their job properly.
