They could be a little cheaper but every time I have to cue up for up to 15 min to collect my prescription, that's after it has been dispensed. 1 person doing prescription collection even though there cue is 8 people deep. It would be easy to take people that are stocking shelves to help with the backlog but zero care about customers.

Terrible service at the prescription counter - lady serving me didn’t say a single word or make any eye contact. She then passed the wrong information to the pharmacist so 5 scripts were filled instead of the 3 I asked for. Later that day I received a call advising they had failed to put some of the drugs I had paid for into the bag so I had to return to collect - will not use Erina outlet again. They are not a patch on Gosford branch who are efficient and accurate.

My father kindly went into the store to collect a prescription for me. The doctor had made an error with the prescription, and as a result it wasn't under the PBS, and was for the wrong dosage. I was charged extra for medication I didn't need. The store eventually claimed that they had warned my father of this situation based on my previous scripts, but it took them a while to get that story straight, and my father didn't mention any such thing, so I have my doubts.I rung the store up, at first they claimed they would be willing to take a return that day, but then they changed their mind. I am so tired of for profit medicine preying on ordinary people.

I owe a lot to the staff at Chemist Warehouse Erina.Becoming a new, first time Mum, with new medical conditions, I have often found myself to be out of my depth with medications that are breastfeeding safe.I have approached the pharmacists here a number of times for advice and can gladly say how willing they have been to compare ingredients and brands whilst running them past my prescriptions to suggest the best for my daughter and I.I always leave feeling reassured. Thank you Chemist Warehouse Erina!

customer service is appalling... training required. Firstly, don't keep the customer waiting 15 minutes while you do whatever needs doing on the company software. Dispense the prescribed drug, collect the details which need to be changed and give the customer the goods so they can get on with their day. Secondly, if the customer is indicating that they have already been kept waiting 15 minutes and would like to just pay for the goods and go, then oblige them. The medication has been dispensed, just take the money and sort out your software later, when no customers are standing around waiting. Thirdly, when the customer is showing signs of irritation because of prolonged delays, don't say I don't care" with attitude at the suggestion of losing their custom and a bad review.... like Charlize did. Chemist Warehouse needs to take responsibility for the behaviour and attitude of their staff. I would not have bothered writing this review if Charlize had not clearly stated "I don't care". If she is to work in customer care

Disgraceful. All I required was medication from my pregnant wife, I was intimidated and belittled for over the counter medication that was recommended by an obstetrician. The female pharmacist in her mid - late fifties epitomizes the height of rudeness. Whilst I understand pharmacists have a duty of care, they are not doctors and have absolutely no right to question the intention or integrity of customers. This particular pharmacist requested to speak to my wife on the phone to verify the version of events that I presented, an example of a complete and utter crossing of boundaries and professional misconduct.In my view this pharmacist presents a risk to customers and based on my interaction appears to be denying medication to those in need. I would not have been provided with the medication required had I not have presented a counter argument to her line of questions. As previously stated, this medication did not require a prescription nor did it present and adverse risk to my wife or her health. I will not be returning and it is my strong recommendation that others that others attend an alterative pharmacy.

Went in there today and asked a simple question of a young girl, where can I find this product. She didn’t know the answer so she took me to an older (Indian) guy wearing the company polo shirt. He was a rude, arrogant, unhelpful a55hole and obviously had a huge chip on his shoulder about something. I won’t be coming back.
