The very ones the store does focus on bringing the hammer down on but not doing so by finding sleezy ways to rip off (possible) customers in predatory and retalitory misunderstandings" that should never have to be a valid concern for any valid consumer entering a store. absolute legends. fair prices with some fairly knowledgable staff. give everyone a promotion.. and a few free woolies points oh wait this isnt coles or woolies supported¡¿!!!God what am I doing with my life."

Staff are always super helpful and deals within any budget and taste are there wkly. Major positive is the late closing time also. (Not as much range as BWS but all essentail brands are offered).

Open to midnight.. nasty, expensive but what choices do you have!?

It has you covered with the basics. Not much variety there, but it stays open later than Bws, which is a great plus. Staff are always welcoming.

I don't live near a Bottle-O but I have to give that advert 5 stars. I always mute all the commercials and in all my 71 years I've never found myself grabbing the TV control to not only turn a commercial on but also increase the volume. Plus I love the apron. Yeah, I've got a lot of traumas at present and feel down but when that commercial comes on I dance and sing to it which makes me laugh. I think - I hope nobody can see me as they'd think that old lady must be crazy. I keep smiling afterwards and singing the song. Who'd ever think a commercial could lift my spirits and I'm not even drinking wine at the time.

Reasonable range and prices for a smaller Bottleshop.Staff were friendly and helpful.

I came here today. I didn't get to go inside as the attendant had left the shop with a time they would be back. The sign said be back at 1:25 I waited until 1:35, I got over waiting and went to BWS down the road as I was walking back the attendant was opening back up. Not very good for business considering the amount of foot traffic and also myself seeing 3 customers leave as they were sick of waiting also. Terrible. I also heard one of the customers who was waiting said that this happened the day before to him as well. Wow good to see that customer service there..

Worst service I have ever had or seen in over 30years experience in the hospitality industry.The rude,aggressive and belittling attitude of your bottle shop staff towards and older family man on his way home from work is appalling..I highly encourage everyone to take your business else where.

Wasn't sure it was open until I got to the door. Small but handy shop. Not huge variety, but a cheap or medium priced option of each type of grog. Service was good.

Staff were very professional towards acting upon the covid 19 restrictions set in place for all our own safety. Also again, very responsible towards complying with services not to serve if patrons are too intoxicated, as I was!!! I written apology on my behalf is required, as I was totally out of line. So in saying that, i sincerely apologize. Operational hours are great, 12am 7 days per week. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this store to anyone.
