Good job on my dining chairs. Took much longer than quoted due to COVID and communication could have been better, but very happy with the end result.

Took my 1973 Valiant in there quite a few years ago to get a small repair done on the bit of carpet that runs along the bottom of the door trim on the luxury models. It was only a small job, one edge of one end needed tucking back under the vinyl that runs above it and glued, stapled or whatever they do with it. But the carpet (black) was not in great condition and was a bit faded and threadbare and I said I was on a budget and if they could tidy it up as it was, then good, but if they couldn't make the original piece look tidy, could they put a new piece of black carpet on there instead. They said yes, they would do whatever was needed to make it good again and quoted me between $50 and $100.Well when I went to pick it up, all they had done was a cursory fold and tuck job, which would have taken them all of 20 minutes to do and the manager Jason wanted the highest amount that he quoted, $100. I was shocked, as for that highest amount I would have expected a nice new piece of carpet put in. A small strip that size would have been negligible for them. By the way, I took the door trim in, so they didn't have to remove it from the car. AND I paid cash as well. I said I was not happy, that for what they had done, should have been the lower quote, but the arrogant manager Jason wouldn't budge. That's why I have never been back since and would never recommend them. Businesses need to learn that overcharging might be good for the books for that month but is their loss in the long haul.

I was really happy with World Upholstery. They provided excellent customer service. The install was completed on time with a high degree of professionalism and workmanship. Highly recommend.

I just had my BF wagon roof lining done by Jason and his team it's my 3rd car I've had done by these guys, what can I say there just the best in the business awsome price every time top quality work and a 5yr warranty, I do recommend these guys at my work when cars come in with need of interior love, I hope they do go there, you guys need more than 5 stars , a 10 in my book's

Hands down the best upholsterers around.My headlining board was over cut when I had the drop down DVD player replaced by a car audio company.I went to multiple auto upholstery places and none would even consider the job.I called up and nothing but professionalism and fair pricing, I will not hesitate to send customers their way.Amazing workmanship keep it up.

These guys replaced the entire inside of my Pajero roof after my dog decided it would be a good idea to dig through the roof. They did a great job. I recommend them if you own a crazy dog :) Damage and repair shown in pics.

Fantastic job on my 71 Volkswagen Kombi. New headlining and custom trim around the windows. Jason went above and beyond to help me get my van looking amazing. I would now only ever use someone like Jason who is fully insured and very good at what he does.

Terrific service, good product (replacement roof lining) and at a really good price on a Fairmont Ghia.The result looks as good as the original and colour matches too.I'm going back in a couple of months to have drivers seat on a Falcon XR8 reupholstered, again at a really good price.Recommended!
