Forever Young Werribee

I tried Forever Young Werribee for facial. I got luxury facial which includes back massage for half an hour and facial for another 1 hour. The back massage was good and relaxing. But there are some points that really disappointed me:1. The process should have been 1.5 hours. The lady who served me started the massage 20mins later. But they charged for 1.5 hours anyway!2. She went out of the room a few times and gone for at least 15mins every time which was really disrespectful.3. In their website it's written that the facial includes skin analysis, deep cleanse, exfoliate, vapour,  face and shoulder massage, mask, moisturise and protect and lasts for 1hour. The lady told me nothing about what she was doing, what she was using. So I guess she cleansed my face, applied something and gone again for whole 30-40mins(if not more)!! I felt terrible lying there not knowing what's going on! After she came, I asked and she said that it was mask and the longer it stays, the better. That's it! No conversation at all about my skin type, problems or the products I've been using.I still regret that I used their service. Never going again.

I have been getting a wax by Mary (business owner) for the last 6 years and have literally never been disappointed. When I first came in to get a wax I was only 17 and very shy and nervous at the time but Mary makes you feel so secure and comfortable.It’s been 6 years since I had my first wax and now many of my friends and family members have also had the pleasure of receiving treatments from here. Amazing and genuine service and such a calming and peaceful atmosphere. I’ve received many services from this business over the years including lashes, massages and waxes.I recently got the ‘double deluxe’ massage package and it was just delightful. I honestly have nothing bad to say because my experience with Forever Young Werribee has always been so immaculate. Great local location for those living in Werribee as well, this place is a true hidden Gem that I cannot recommend enough.

Had my very first massage at the age of 31 here.I was a little nervous. But damn. What a great experience. I should've come sooner. Very comfortable and welcoming place. Big recommend.Went a second time one year later. Still a great place. Super relaxing and lovely and friendly.

A great local business with fantastic attention to detail, super friendly customer care and very fairly priced. The massage room is beautifully laid out with perfect lighting, relaxing music, clean linen and soothing decor. well done team.

Just turned up for my appointment no one there they even sent me a text to confirm it. Apparently you can book weeks in advance but it's pot luck if they turn up.
