Absolute rubbish . Tried to charge me $70 just to pick up an ongoing script. Not one doctor is still there that I've seen in the last year. Margaret River doctors practice charge $10 for script pickup and can fax it through to the chemist. The dr that I saw , dr bill Houston, spent 4 minutes with me . When I questioned the $70 fee , his reply was that's the way it is". Actually it's not bill. Not at all. Only a scumbag would steal from the sick."

I would not recommend this doctor. Very unprofessional, rude. We called well in advance to confirm they could help us with needing a script, when we got into the appointment she could not help or didn't want to help and complained it would just cost her more insurance money to do it.After not providing what we went in for we still had to pay, we lost time and now we have to find someone else to help us.

After unsuccessful attempts to get an appointment at other medical practices around town was fitted in straight away by Jenny the receptionist. My wife and I both had our tetanus shots by Dr. Richard Turner. Wow can I say what painless injection technique he has. Thank you all so much for your understanding and care you have showed.

Booked appointment to get paperwork filled out so can get teeth fixed so not in pain and can eat good food again was told 50k for a hole set of new teeth was to much to take out of super at 55 years of age when has it been a doctors conserne of a person's money because that's why they not approve what I need if they worried about peoples money don't charge $98 for 15 minutes

I'm sick as a dog. Doc never contacted me with results as she assured me would happen. I rang practice. Was told to expect a call from doctor with official results, treatment and further certificate extension. 5 days start to finish and still NO BLOODY PHONE CALL. Shameful, disgusting, negligent care/service"."

Had booked a longer appointment to discuss a mental health plan only for the doctor to tell me we didn’t have enough time. I explained I’d booked a longer appointment because receptionist said that was best option for discussing a plan. Doctor replied with “Id rather not do it today”.

Every Dr we have seen at this practice has been wonderful. Our Dr is Zirvana very thorough and very caring with her patients we would recommend this Drs Practice to anyone needing medical and personal advice and support.I really like the way if you need to be referred on for further clinical management by visiting specialists they follow through to make sure you have received the appropriate care.We love this practice they have taken such wonderful care of my husband since his stroke.

I have been a patient at Broome Doctors for the past 7 years and it is a very professionally run business with very friendly and helpful staff and Doctors. The practice manager Leslie Parker has helped me on several occasions and always finds me an appointment if I need one urgently. My main Doctor is Dr Sally Cornelius and I cannot speak too highly of her. She is very thorough and explains every thing she is doing and why in simple terms. She has rung me at home on quite a few occasions to explain test results when they have come in and any follow up when required. I have not had that service from Doctors before and I am impressed. I have also had some appointments with other Doctors at the practice from time to time and I have always found them to be excellent. I would recommend Dr Cornelius and this Doctors practice to all.
