Absolutely fantastic service and turn around. Artwork was printed perfectly and to an even greater quality than could have hoped for. Will definitely be using them again.

Extremely disappointing experience by a rude and disinterested employee tom.I emailed Tom and he informed me that if i got the information to him by Tuesday for printed t-shirts he would be confident they would be ready by the due date they were required. Fair enough i thought as it was short notice. I emailed everything to him on the tuesday and had no reply. I emailed on the Wed to touch base, and had no reply. I emailed again on the Thurs as i became increasingly concerned, again no reply!! I tried to ring in the afternoon which went to message back. I tried to ring again after 40 minutes and this time he picked up in a rude manner and a tone that suggested he wasn't interested at all. I clarified it was Tom i was speaking to, because of the way he spoke on the phone it sounded like Tim. I then enquired about my order and i got the response of 'I dunno mate, i'm not in front of the computer' which was said in a rude and aggressive tone. He then went to the computer and asked my about my order, in which he demanded more details. Demanding an order number which i was never given one, he then asked what the order was about which i explained. He was silent for about 30 seconds and asked for the order again and claimed the line was unclear when i explained last time (why you would go silent for so long is ridiculous, if he was interested he would of asked again immediately) I repeated myself and he sounded genuinely uninterested claiming he gets a lot of emails daily. At the end I told him it sounded like he wasn't interested and it seemed to hard for him. Unsurprisingly, no follow up or apology. Appalling experience.

I was so happy about their process ( I only ordered small amount)They use very high quality T-shirts, good communication with reasonable price tag. I will keep using them !!

Don’t go for a small order. They will say they can do it but aren’t interested and ultimately will waste your time and then not deliver.
