Felix and May did an excellent job with our aircon installation. It was reasonably priced and we found they were very professional and thoughtful, taking the time to install it well and ensure we were happy with how it turned out. They kept us informed of why they did things a certain way and were very knowledgeable about aircon products which we really appreciated.

Extremely satisfied with Hi-Con. They helped install two split system units for us and did a great job. They were careful with not damaging the render of our house. Also another big plus was their straight shooting attitude - they got the job done and didn't try to upsell me on useless extras and gave good advice on how to maintain the units. It was a great pleasure working with May and Felix!- They provide a very competitive price. We installed two reverse cycle Mitsubishi Electric aircon and their quote was almost $2000 cheaper than oher suppliers.- They are very responsive, available on Facebook anytime of the day.- They are very supportive as well. We were interested in the NSW Energy Savings Scheme rebate program and they were happy to do the program training and gave us the discount. May even remind me to claim from the Mitsubishi cashback program which was great!Overall it was an amazing experience and may their business will prosper in the years to come.

Felix (Mr Xie) is very professional and efficient. He can buy air conditioners at warehouse price. The installation fee is reasonable. He did the job well. I bought 2 Haier air conditioners recently, they are quite good.
