We had organised a day for MLR to come and do an on-site inspection. That day comes and they don’t even bother showing up. Left a message for them to call me back. Nothing. Followed up again, and still nothing.Don’t bother with these guys. Their competitors recommend you to avoid them as well. Do speak to them first.

I can’t speak highly enough about Matt and his team. Their professionalism, attention to detail and work ethic was reassuring with our 100 year old roof replacement, which now looks stunning. The fact that the team were always friendly and polite (even though they did have to relocate to Newcastle for the job) also helped. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
