Originally I was intrigued by the amazing name and a friend recommended Tom's Hair Salon. Hands down I got one of my best hair cuts there. Tom has an amazing technique. He really knows his profession! It is definitely my new go to hairdresser in Sydney. I would highly recommend him.

I don't appreciate being charged 15$ for an unfinished job that didn't last 10 minutes. I asked the barber to tidy and shorten my beard and the edges using the trimmer only, I asked him how much and he said 15$. After he just shortened my beard he claimed that he was done, and when I asked him to complete his job and tidy the edges he argued that I should pay him 20$. I never had such an experience with any barber before, so unprofessional that he ran his trimmer slightly on one side of my beard and left the other side unfinished. This attitude appears to me as lazy and unskilled.

Been coming here for 15yrs. We don’t talk much. Occasionally a welcoming nod or a congratulatory smile, but words here are superfluous. Tom has the hands of a surgeon, and the patience of a seasoned angler. His clippers are soft as a pillow, providing the perfect atmosphere to catch up on lost sleep. Rogue hairs look out, Tom has you covered. You should try Tom’s once before you die.

i have visited tom many times over the last 4 years or so. he dosent play around. he knows what he is doing. he actually listens to what you want which i think is rare with hairdressers sometimes. interior decorating is also very classic and nice. respect.
