Excellent information hub for any visit to Cape Range National Park / Ningaloo Reed world heritage area. Shop wit a variety of visitor souvenirs but the best is the exhibits of flora & fauna from the area. A living classroom for young students of nature

Very helpful staff, will give you recommendations on snorkel sites/tide times and walks. Can also rent snorkel gear for the day or overnight for relatively cheap.

Maps, local advice and interesting exhibits on the local flora and fauna. The restroom facilities are also welcome for anyone to use for free.They havea really cool woolen reef in the attached photo

Good information on display, can buy drinks, tuna and chips in the shop plus some other essentials. Good table spots out the back for a picnic.

I called on the phone to change a future booking and spoke to a lovely staff member who said it wasOk to drop in to change a booking since we were in the area. When I arrived there the girl at the counter didn’t even let me finish my sentence before cutting me off and speaking extremely rudely and impatiently. There were customers around but it wasn’t super busy, although she seemed stressed out and high as a kite, and didn’t appear to be customer friendly. Families on holidays don’t expect to encounter rude staff at a National Parks run Information Center.

Our favourite place in all of Australia. Ended up staying more than 3 weeks. Special mention to camp host Julian at Mesa. Absolute legend who knows all the secrets.

Love stopping in here every time we visit Exmouth! The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable and the souvenirs are great.

Great friendly staff, with bundles of information about the region and always happy to help with the coffee machine. Skeletons of animals on display with info and graphics. New addition of the megalodon teeth found in the national park. Gifts and ice cream also for purchase. Clean bush toilet stop to.
