I've had great experiences with vets Lydia and Vikki.The less than sound-proof rooms aren't ideal for keeping a cat calm.Recently (early 2023) I wasn't too impressed to be hit with a new $30 fee to get a script written a mere two months after an appointment, at which that medication was discussed and said to be fine to continue.

Had an incident on Xmas day, the veterinarian on call was more then happy to help us promptly, rate was so much less then I thought we would be charged. Thank you for turning our horrible Christmas Day back around

Took a stray kitten, thay we wanted to keep. Checked for a microchip and then inserted one for us. Very helpful staff who kept us informed at all times after she was admitted with an unknown infection

Orana vets were so lovely, they took really good care of my puppy and are very considerate.

I had to book an emergency appointment and they gave me an afternoon appointment. My dog ended up having a procedure and was there for over 3 hours. The vet was fantastic and explained everything to me and everyone who works here is friendly. I expected a huge bill but it was quite reasonable. Thank you so much to the whole team.

Friendly, took time to talk, was able to book me in when all other vets in the area couldn’t being first visit. Was able to operate on my 3 cats on the same day.

I had a very sick cat, an ear infection with an abses, and for an emergency appointment, it was good. Our vet was very nice, prompt, and knew what she was doing. The assistants were very friendly and kept the place clean. The only issue with cleanliness was the fan in the examination room. I wish there was a roof be uase carrying a cat in cold rain is not fun.The worst I could say was when they were meant to call me. Instead, they didn't call me they called a relative away, and no calls came. It was an honest mistake though.
