Doesn't seem to be fresh! Bought a cupcake for my 3 year & it was hard as a rock. He wouldn't touch it!! The lady wasn't to expressed when we couldn't decide what else to get & started tapping her nails on the register like we were an inconvenience when no one else was in the store. Wont be going back!

Sandwich was underwhelming, dry chicken on a dry, day-old roll, the only thing saving it was the thin smear of mayo keeping the mouth from drying out completely.

Crumbles is one of the best bakeries I've ever been to, amazing coffee great pies & pastries and the friendly staff smiling always. Highly recommend ❤️

I take the kids in here once a week to get their school snack. Lovely staff and lovely stuff. The kids get giddy with excitement when they know we're going to stop here on the way to school for a treat. And what a lot of beautiful treats they have, everything from vanilla slices to gingerbread gender neutrals ;) Great pies, sausage rolls, sandwiches, rolls and coffee too!!! If you're short on time in the morning it's your one stop shop!!!!!!

Very disgusted and disappointed, have been going to crumbles for over 10 years but not anymore after my wife today was insulted by one of the staff members. Especially by the longer serving staff member in question who should know better than to make judgement on someone’s body features… How appalling this behaviour is beyond me and extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. If I could give zero stars I would……
