This is atrocious food for the price you pay. Don’t bother with special requests, seems like they can’t read them. Didn’t even put sauce on tenders. Should’ve gone to kfc

Staff are friendly but unfortunately can’t say anything good about the food. The BBQ ribs came out cold. Chicken at this Nandos store just not that great.

I walked in with intention in getting a chicken meal and fries but decided to go the QUICK healthy option & I ordered the coleslaw I asked how long and he said 10 minutes . I came back 15 minutes later and was told not ready , another 10 minutes . Lol I finally got my teeny cardboard box . Thinking, as it took 30 minutes to make it would be really nice, maybe with a bit of a Nando's kick .l Got home and to my surprise the teeny box was HALF full with large chunks of cabbage and IF I searched carefully there were some tiny strips of carRot. LARGE chunks of cabbage, no dressing, no sauce , no seasoning. No careClose to half an hour waiting FOR THAT . HAHAYes I only spent $6.95 but c'mon SUCH POOR QUALITY.

Ordered via Menulog. Confirmed order. 40 mins later status was driver waiting at the restaurant for our order. After an hour and half i drove to the restaurant to find out what was going on as couldn't get through to them on the phone and found it locked up and closed with order still pending. Maybe i don't understand how this process works but surely if you don't intend to fulfil an order you shouldn't take it on. Naturally, Nando's Belridge will be getting no future orders from us.

Do not recommend this place.Went into restaurant to buy take away Nando's and was informed by staff they do not except cash. Excuse me?Pathetic. Will not ever come here again. Very disappointed

So sad as this outlet is so poorly managed. Wrong orders. Long wait times. Missing items. Ordered online to avoid the long wait. Still waited more than 20 mins after the expected pick up time. Then there were missing items from 2 different meals and 1 incorrect item. Get it together people. Food is great but management needs work. Get your staff trained..

Very friendly staff and really fresh chicken.I had forgotten my mask and my girlfriend asked them for a mask while I was waiting outside and they were so easy on that.The store looks so clean and the food was really delicious. I am a big fan of Nandos and have been to many stores, and this one was really nice.

Finally convinced the kids to try nandos and we get absolute dog s*** delivered by Uber eats 70min wait, cold and rubbery. “Not eligible for refund of $73 inedible food.” Deleting the app never eating nandos again.
